Over the last 6 years, the SuperLearner® methodology has taken the world by storm.

Ever since its inception, our proprietary method of training memory, speed reading, and learning habits have made our products among the most successful in an admittedly crowded marketplace. Whether it’s our bestselling books, our online courses, or our other training programs, our products have been purchased by over 200,000 people in all 205 countries and territories.

The SuperLearner methodology is different for a number of reasons:

Why We Are Betting Big On Certified Coaching

One of the not-so-pleasant truths about online learning is this: very few students actually complete and implement 100% of what they are paying to learn. Sure, many people do achieve a great deal through online courses - but the vast majority achieve less than they could, were they to stick to it. Whether it’s a $10 course on iPhone photography or a $999 course on creating your own business, the sad truth is that without accountability and guidance, the student's results suffer.

At SuperHuman Enterprises, we are not in the transactional business - we’re in the transformational business. We’re in the business of maximizing human potential - not just the potential of our customers, but also of everyone we work with. And that’s why we need you to help us on our mission.

As a certified coach, you will be in charge of two things: spreading our message and materials, and coaching students through their successful implementation. As a sort of brand ambassador, you will show the world what is possible through these simple but powerful techniques. You will become a messenger of hope and empowerment, and a gateway into a better life for the people you reach.

When you work with clients, whether in a group setting or individually, you will be in charge of helping them achieve their goals. Fortunately for you, certified coaches are not teachers - and you will never be expected to re-teach the SuperLearner materials. Instead, you will work closely with your students to:

  • Set goals
  • Eliminate roadblocks
  • Maintain accountability
  • Clear up misunderstandings
  • Bolster motivation
  • Apply the techniques
  • Develop training schedules

In short, you are there to be the student’s coach - their support system - cheering them on and ensuring that they achieve everything they dream of.

Two Income Streams: Passive & Active

As a Certified Coach, you have two primary income streams:
  • A 50% commission on any product sales you generate, including lifetime, passive earnings on subscription earnings and corporate sales
  • A 70% commission on all coaching work you do - both group and individual.

Because our product sales are typically $49/mo, $499/y, or one-time sales of $200-400, a significant portion of your income will, in fact, be derived from product sales.

In addition, the hourly rate for qualified Certified Coaches ranges from $50-100 per hour, or $125-250 per hour for group coaching calls. As a Certified Coach, you are free to choose your own hourly rate, based on the cost of living in your location and your credentials.

In addition to these income streams, you are free to do paid speaking, at your own convenience.

The Epitome of Freedom: Be Your Own Boss

It’s worth noting that this is a job you can do from anywhere in the world. As long as you have an internet connection, you can operate as a Certified Coach. Whether that means hanging out on a beach in Bali or living as a nomad for a year, the SuperLearner® Certified Coaching Program is designed to help you create freedom

  • Freedom of location:

    As a Certified Coach, you can live anywhere, work from anywhere, and travel anywhere you want. As long as you have a decent internet connection, you can do your job.

  • Freedom of time:

    As a Certified Coach, you have complete control over your schedule. Prefer to work just one day a week? No problem. Want to take the month off? No problem. Only available between 8 and 10pm? No problem. When we say “you set your hours,” we really mean it - and there is no minimum or maximum to the amount you can work.

  • Freedom of income:

    We are proud to say that there is absolutely no cap on the amount that Certified Coaches can make. As long as you are abiding by our policies and code of ethics, you are free to coach as many hours as you want, close as many sales as you can, and earn as much as you dream. If you close a $1M deal with Coca Cola, we will proudly cut you a check for $500,000. It’s that simple.

  • Freedom of productivity:

    As a coach, you are free to work on the things you like to work on. If you are more passionate about coaching than closing sales… go do that! If you need a break from coaching and prefer to do media appearances instead… do that! We want you working on the things you are passionate about.

  • Freedom of association:

    One of the beautiful things about being your own boss is getting to choose whom you work with. If you and a client aren’t vibing, or you’re not passionate about working with them… then don’t! You’re welcome to offer them up to another one of our Certified Coaches. We’ll never make you work with people you don’t enjoy working with.

What Does It Cost To Become Certified?

We’ll be the first to admit that our Certified Coaching Program is all-new. It has yet to prove itself, and it almost certainly has some kinks and bugs that we’ll need to work out over the first few weeks.

Because this is our inaugural class, we are offering a significant discount to our first 20 participants.

To apply to the program, you will be asked to submit a formal application.

If you are accepted, you will have two payment options:

(~$4,999 after pilot)

$299 x 12

(~$499 After Pilot)

In addition, the annual renewal for our first 20 participants will be discounted to $500-1000 per year.

After this initial pilot, we will be evaluating and documenting the success of our existing coaches, with the intent of increasing our pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What can I expect to earn as a Certified Coach?

    Unfortunately, because this is an all-new program, we are not yet able to guarantee or project any type of earnings potential. Needless to say, we have deliberately designed this program with the intent of helping you earn a significant return on your investment of time and money.

  • I'm already certified to coach _______. Is there a continuing education discount?

    Yes! We absolutely welcome people who are already in the coaching industry to join our certification program and share their expertise and experience with us and our customers. In fact, if you are already a coach, send us proof of certification and we’ll give you up to $1,500 off the program!

    Additionally, as mentioned before, we are seeking ICF-certified coaches to help us further improve the program, ahead of our submission to the ICF for accreditation. This is an opportunity for ICF certified coaches to earn some or all of their initial investment back.

  • What are the requirements for being a Certified Coach?

    To begin the certified coaching program, there are no prior requirements. However, if you have not completed The SuperLearner MasterClass, it will take longer to achieve certification - so please account for that.

    Additionally, during the process of becoming certified, you will be required to set up your own company, corporate bank account number, and EIN.

  • How long will it take for me to become a Certified Coach?

    We have designed this program to be 30-45 days of intensive training, after which you will be able to begin accepting your own clients. It can be done in less time, or more time, depending on your own schedule. If you have not completed the SuperLearner MasterClass, add on another 30-60 days.

  • I’m fairly busy right now… What if it takes longer to complete the certification?

    Not to worry. We know that you have other things going on, and so we are happy to give you extra time to complete the certification - within reason. Your certification “clock” starts ticking only once you are approved and certified. With that said, we do not want to see coaches taking more than 4 or 5 months to complete certification, including taking the SuperLearner MasterClass.

  • Is this program accredited by the ICF?

    Not yet. The International Coach Federation cannot certify a program until it has existed for 6+ months, certified at least 5 coaches, and been facilitated by one or more ICF certified coaches. For this reason, we plan to apply for ICF accreditation in the future, when we have some ICF accredited SuperLearner® coaches to help facilitate ongoing trainings and adapt our curriculum.

    We plan to nominate our top coaches for this opportunity, and compensate them for their involvement in improving the program.

    For all other coaches, the costs of additional training for ICF compliance will be included in your annual renewal dues.

  • Is being a Certified Coach a full time gig?

    No. While you are free to coach full time if you feel like it, this program is ideally intended for people who wish to supplement their income on the side - at least while they build up their business

  • How many Certified Coaches are you enrolling in the pilot?

    Our aim is to certify 20 coaches. This most likely means we will approve 25-30 applications.

  • Why is certification so expensive?

    Our program is comparably priced when compared to other similar coaching programs.

    First of all, in addition to the 6 months we've spent developing the program, our entire organization intends to devote significant resources towards ensuring that our coaches succeed. This means not only the time and attention of everyone on our team, but also, spending whatever it takes in advertising and marketing to ensure that our coaches succeed.

    Along these lines, we want to makes sure that every coach we accept commits to the program and gives it 100%. We do not want to waste time or resources on coaches who do not complete their certification, or who join to program to add another "certification" to their resume. We want coaches who are going to get out there and help our students succeed!

    Finally, it's worth noting that unlike most other coaching programs, our program includes a steady supply of customer leads. Yes, that's right! As a coach, we will be providing many (though not all) of the customers you get to work with, increasing your chances of success and ROI.

  • Are there any other discounts available?

    Yes. We will consider offering discounts to individuals who are able to significantly contribute to the growth and success of the program. These include, but are not limited to, neuroscientists, memory athletes, educators, etc.

  • How will you be selecting which applicants to approve?

    We will approve applicants based on a few clear and fair criteria. These include professionalism, personal fit for the program, whether or not the person shares our values, a clean record of trustworthiness and dependability, their reasons for joining the program, and our perception of the coaches likelihood to succeed in the program and in serving our clientele. As an organization, we do not discriminate by age, gender, ethnicity, religion, or any other demographic criteria.

  • How is training conducted?

    Your training will feature three main components:

    • In-depth video trainings on our company culture & ethics, the SuperLearner® methodology, and sales & systems
    • Shadowing live and/or pre-recording coaching sessions
    • Group coaching calls & office hours with Jonathan

    Where possible, we've tried to make as much of the program "online" as possible.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Due to the demands of training new certified coaches, this program is non-refundable if you drop out. If, however, in the course of training, we determine that you are not suitable for the program, you will be given a full refund

  • What is the Coach’s relationship to SuperHuman Enterprises, LLC?

    Our Certified Coaches are completely independent entities. They are not franchisees, independent contractors, or employees

  • What if I don’t live in the USA?

    No problem whatsoever - we are looking for coaches in many time zones

  • What if English is not my native language?

    This is also not a problem, so long as your command of the English language is sufficient to be able to complete this program and communicate adequately. We are enthusiastically looking for coaches who are able to coach in other languages, particularly Portuguese, Hindi, German, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish.

  • What about taxes, health benefits, etc?

    That’s on you! You wanted to own your own business and be your own boss, right? Welcome to the club! You’ll need to consult with your own tax attorney / lawyer if you have any of those types of questions.

  • Will there be certifications offered for other SuperHuman Academy courses?

    Yes! At the moment, we are only offering certification for our SuperLearner program, but once this program is established, we hope to create additional certification programs for our other courses, such as Creating a Meaningful Life, Digital Zen, Ultimate Advantage, Speed Demon, and more. Please note, however, that these certifications will only be available as “next level” additions to coaches who are already SuperLearner certified, and we intend to make SuperLearner certification a prerequisite for any type of certification program.

  • What’s in the fine print? What are the terms and conditions?

    Glad you asked! Before you begin the program, you will be asked to sign this contract. We suggest you read the full agreement before submitting your application.

  • How long do I have to think about this?

    Applications will close on Friday, August 9th. However, once you submit your application, you will have a minimum of 1 week to read through the agreement and decide whether the program is right for you. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to speak to a member of our team by phone to go over any questions or concerns you may have.
